I’m a housewife now. I got married to Hideya; he is also a competitor. We participated in amateur piano competitions in Japan for about 20 years, and we participated in amateur piano competitions in Paris, Vienna, Chicago, Hawaii, Colorado Springs and Boston. This is our third visit to Washington and WIPAC. We have a daughter, Honoka, who is 12 years old.
