Jim Lees was a pianist for the San Francisco Ballet from 1976-83. For various reasons he became disillusioned with playing the piano and decided to move to Las Vegas to be a poker dealer. It was in that city that he eventually came to know the Lord, eventually prompting him to move to Chattanooga, TN to be involved with Precept Ministries. He has been a waiter at St. John's Restaurant there for the past 22 years, and it has been about 10 years since he felt a prompting to play the piano seriously again.
